L.S. Brinker is currently seeking to hire a Project Estimator with the ability to:

Interpret drawings, specifications and other construction documents |

Perform quantity take offs |
|
Prepare cost estimates from conceptual documents to construction documents |
|
Develop written trade scopes of work and bid packages |
|
Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors |
|
Understand contracting, insurance and bonding |
Requirements:
|
Strong communication skills |
|
Thorough knowledge of construction means and methods |
|
Knowledge of Microsoft Office |
|
5+ years experience necessary |
|
Bachelor's degree in construction related trade |

L.S. Brinker is looking for an experienced Superintendent for their growing General Contracting company. Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in management of field construction.
